KAISER OPTICAL QUALIFIES VALDOR FC CONNECTOR

Hayward, California - July 8, 2010:   Valdor Technology International Inc. ("Valdor") (TSX-V: VTI) is pleased to report that Kaiser Optical Systems Inc. ("Kaiser") has successfully tested and qualified Valdor's Impact Mount™ FC connector for implementation in one of Kaiser's next generation systems.  Valdor has begun developing a hermetically sealed Impact Mount^® adaptor and has identified other applications within Kaiser where the Valdor Impact Mount™ technology can be used.
